after reading an excerpt for self-knowledge/mythology i felt inclined to read the whole book.
it fascinates me.
and when my dad came home, i perched on the couch while he listened to me, eyes half-opened, the upper eyelashes caught on his lower eyelids.
collin met me at the library with his bike that switches gears by the knees instead of by the fingers. i checked out two other books:
about a boy and building with paper.
earlier that day he came by san marcos during my sculpture teaching assistant period to have me get a guest pass signed. i felt really safe, it was nice.
later on that day he read a little bit to me, and i read a little bit to him, and we made the director-of-human-control in the book sound like a foreign douchebag.
he has a boy dog named cooper, and whenever our faces got close cooper would bark and lick us.
